CHILDREN:
Ages 8
and above are welcome unless you rent "entire" home as Vacation Rental with
strict parental supervision at all times. This
applies to Housing from November 1st until June
1st, due to Business Lodging! (Vacation
Rentals with children of any age are permitted
with strict parental supervision) Children may
not be left in any house unsupervised!
OCCUPANCY:
2 persons maximum occupancy allowed in all
rooms.
SMOKING:
No indoor smoking is permitted. Outside
smoking is allowed only. There will be a $50 fee
charged to guests credit card if any kind of
smoking is detected in rooms.
PETS:
Sorry, we are Not able to accept pets.
ACCESSIBILITY:
Not handicapped accessible.
CHECK IN:
Standard check-in time is between 4:00-7:00 p.m.
(earlier check-in or late check out may possibly
be arranged upon confirmation of reservation)
CHECK OUT:
Check out time is 11:00 AM
PRICING:
Prices are subject to change.
LOST KEYS: Guest who lose their keys will be charged
$100 as the house will need to be rekeyed.
DRUG USE:
No drug use or heavy alcohol use is permitted at
ANY TIME.
OPEN FLAMES:
No candles or open flames allowed in guest
rooms.
DEPOSIT: We
require a 1 night's deposit to confirm your
reservation for 5 days or less. We require
a 2 night's deposit for stays up to 14 days.
Stays longer then 14 days require a 25% deposit,
The balance of the remaining bill is due at
Check in.
CREDIT CARD:
A valid credit card and photo ID is required at
check in. (Only the person who's name
appears on the credit card will be
permitted to stay unless prior arrangements have
been made) No personal checks, unless you
have been a previous guest.
CANCELLATION:
All deposit's are Non refundable if you cancel
or change dates after your confirmation.
If you cancel your stay within 14 days of
staying here at Inn Harmony, Your credit card
will be charged the full amount (Balance owed)
unless another guest can be secured. No
refunds on early departures.
WIRELESS INTERNET:
Guests are responsible for maintaining their own
laptops, and any troubleshooting that might have
to occur when accessing the wireless
network. Note that guests must also have a
wireless card installed in laptop prior to
arrival to ensure access to the wireless
internet. Inn Harmony is ONLY responsible for
providing the user with consistent broadcast
from the wireless access point.
