Serenity House and Harmony House are our lodging Vacation Rental properties. Either are great for people on vacation, internships, rotations, short or long term stays, or for people needing temporary lodging while remodeling their own home. We welcome Corporate or Business Travelers. This is a beautiful four bedroom home with lots of old world charm yet modern design. Beautiful hardwood floors, marble wood burning fireplace. Double pane windows, stunning kitchen with granite countertops and excellent lighting. Main floor bathroom, Lower level half bath. IMPORTANT! Please note, there is NO food service provided in either of our vacation rental /extended stay properties. On site parking for all guest vehicles Weekly cleaning for rooms Bathrooms, Kitchen & common areas cleaned daily Guests have use of the fully equipped kitchen Complimentary Wireless Access 80% Non Toxic cleaning products used. We make every effort to keep this house fragrance and allergy free. Complimentary Coffee/Tea/Cocoa- Available 24 hours All linens and towels provided Washer and Dryer Available. (Requires coins) Serenity House Only Complimentary Non Toxic Fragrance Free Laundry Detergent and Fabric softener. We ask that you remove your shoes at all times inside house! Socks or house slippers are OK. Effective March 1: DAILY RENTAL RATE for Entire 4 Bedroom 1.5 Bath Home: $275-$295 Tax is 9.5%, unless staying longer then 30 days. SPECIAL NOTE: If you have any special requirements such as allergies please do let us know. If you have questions on anything please just ask us. We are willing to accommodate your needs. Children 8 or older with 1 Parent in Room - Unless whole house Vacation Rental. Any damage caused by Children will result in penalty fees.
